So, I listed down below the important mobile applications you need for Android Devices:

1.Project NOAH (Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazard) - Keeps you updated because of its Weather Outlook, PAGASA and ClimateX News, Typhoon Forecast Features. The mission of this application is to undertake disaster science research and development, advance the cutting edge technologies and to recommend innovative information services in the goverment's disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. 2.ARKO - This will give you updates on rainfall and other weather condition near you or places you choose, by accessing the extensive databases of PAGASA and Project NOAH. Flood Mapping, Remote Monitoring and Weather Advisory.


3.Flood Patrol - This application developed by Ateneo Java Wireless Competency Center (AJWCC). It allows the user to report flood and end it to NOAH for Flood Mapping and Flood Monitoring.
